Explanation of listing Agreement

An “EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL” listing means that, if you, the owner of the property find a buyer for your house, or if another broker finds a buyer, you must pay the agreed commission to the present broker.

An “OPEN LISTING” means that if you, the owner of the property finds a buyer, and you will not have to pay a commission. You pay only to the selling broker who secures a buyer.

An “exclusive agency” means that if, you the owner finds a buyer, you will not have to pay commission to the broker. If another broker finds a buyer, commission will be split by the selling broker and present broker.

The seller represents that they are the owners of the property listed, and grant the broker authority to accept a deposit with an offer.

He seller further agrees to pay the broker a commission of % of the final sale of the property listed above.
